I'm also new to celebrancy and wondered how to get the bookings coming in.
I started by emailing the event coordinator at
wedding venues, introducing myself, and giving the
link to my website.
In the email I asked if they would keep me in mind if couples booking their venue asked about
celebrants. Several venues asked me to come and
meet them and have a chat. Others put my link on
their websites. This method has worked well for me with 11 bookings in my first year :) And I'm now starting to receive "word-of-mouth" enquiries :)
This is just one idea, but it's worked for me :)
